Response and Document Guidance

ACS aims to respond to general enquiries within two working days. Applications, partnership proposals and centre-accreditation enquiries may require additional review.

When contacting ACS about an existing application or credential, please include the relevant candidate, membership or certificate number. Please do not send original identity documents by post unless specifically requested.

Official Communication

Correspondence concerning ACS certification, membership or accreditation is valid only when issued through an authorised ACS email address or official system.

ACS will never request examination answers, account passwords or confidential payment information by email.
